10 Tips for Falling Asleep!

Can’t Sleep?
Top 10 Tips to make it happen:


1.      Learn to meditate, even 3 minutes per day will help
2.      Listen to soothing music (like waves)
3.      Drink Chamomile or Peppermint Tea
4.      Go for a walk during the day
5.      Try sleeping on your back
6.      Cut out caffeine and sugar
7.      Practice 10 full deep inhales & exhales
8.      Write down everything that’s on your mind
9.      Don’t nap during the day

10.  3 hours before you get to bed, shut off electronics
