The Ayurvedic Results!

Before you shower, lather Light Sesame Oil all over body (except face),
rinse off with water, then use a LOOFAH to exfoliate.
This ritual will SERIOUSLY open your pores! I tan more evenly, have a summer-like scent and feel the wind at a high velocity!

J's Chai Tea:

1 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk: 90 Calories
1 TBSP of Organic Raw Agave Nectar: 60 Calories
A sprinkle/dash of Cinnamon: 5 Calories

Total: 155 Calories

I drink this DELICIOUS tea some mornings and eat an apple/bowl of fruit.
If not this Chai Tea, then Green Tea or Vanilla Chamomile Tea.

YUM.
