Dairy Free Ice Cream Dessert!!

Cookie, Cookie Dough & Oreo Ice Cream....

Less than 255 Calories!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?

No, I'm not.

Those of you that know me, know that I'm obsessed with
candy, sugar, cookies, "ice cream," oreos, etc.
Anything that has to do with sweets, I am in.

Although, the sweets I enjoy are:
dairy free, under 255 calories, low cost
& they have to actually taste like the real thing.

Which is why I'm about to share a new revelation,
a new creation that speaks to the masses!

I call it...

Yes Please, Cookie Tease!

1/4 Cup of Purely Decadent Cookie Avalanche 90 C
1/4 Cup of Purely Decadent Cookie Dough 100 C
1 Newman-O's Cookie 55 C
Perhaps a sprinkle of Cinnamon 5 C

=250 C

Mix it up in a cup and enjoy this after dinner dessert!

*Yes, the portion is small but it's all you need for a little treat. And remember to mix it up until you like it! For example, if you don't like cookie dough ice cream, then take it out and add another 1/4 C of Cookie Avalanche.

Mini Meals, UNDER 275 Calories!

I like to eat between 1300-1400 Calories per day. A few weeks back I started measuring everything and it worked. Plain and simple.
I am not a nutritionist, personal trainer, muscle woman, etc. I am a gal in her twenties, trying not to eliminate a food group, do it on the cheaper side of the train tracks and figure it out on my own.
Try everything. I'm talkin, calorie counting, write down what you eat, go to dance classes, buy a mat and give yoga a shot, take long walks, eat 3 big meals, eat 6 small meals, drink a lot, drink a little, get a trainer, become a trainer, etc. etc. etc.
When you find what works for you and you aren't starving yourself, eliminating carbs, running for 2 hours a day or surviving on liquids, then stick with it. But it can't be something you know you can't maintain for your whole life.
I know I'll be measuring for probably a couple more months, but once I can eyeball a serving size without using a cup, then out with the utensils and straight into my belly.
These are mini meals & snacks that have worked for me, they are inexpensive, low calorie and filling.
*Know that you can take out or add in whatever the hell you want, for example, the majority of the time, I don't add the banana's into my cereal and that knocks off 75 Calories. It's about taste, satisfaction and surviving in this economy.
