Whole Wheat Thin bun (100 Cals)
Lettuce
Pepper
Chopped up Red Pepper
1/2 cup or less of Organic Black Beans (100 Cals)

Less than 300 Calories.

Well, hot damn dudes & dudettes.
This is a winner in the taste category.
