Enjoy bummin' it!
The temperature drops and people go inside to hibernate. Today was the first day I got to be a complete "bum." I didn't feel bad about it, I just sat with my bum self, read and ate belly warming foods. After talking with a good buddy, we decided that "bummin' it" is the only thing we should be doing right now. We hustled and bustled in the summertime and now it's time to enjoy what our bodies naturally need.
Drink your hot cocoa, sip on some warm soup and enjoy putting those fuzzy slippers on as you drift into your own hibernation!

1. HARISSA- It's usually a blend of different spices. Chilies, garlic, cumin, coriander and olive oil. 1/2 to 1 tsp sprinkled over salad/pizza/whatever you'd like, will SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM!
2. GRAPEFRUIT- It stimulates digestion, helps break down protein AND accelerates the body's ability to burn fat! GET IT.
3. JALAPENO- "It's gettin' hot in hurrr." Jalapeno's heat us up which makes our cells work faster! Combine with dairy to cool down.
