DR. OZ & 4 SUPER FOODS!

One of my favorite shows is Dr. Oz!

Dorky, yes.
Informative, yes.
Tips to burn fat, YES.
Want your metabolism to be at its' all time high?
YYYYYYESSSS!

Yesterday his show featured 4 TOP SUPER FOODS!
Thought I'd share for all of you who are interested by these tips...

1. HARISSA- It's usually a blend of different spices.  Chilies, garlic, cumin, coriander and olive oil. 1/2 to 1 tsp sprinkled over salad/pizza/whatever you'd like, will SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM!

2. GRAPEFRUIT- It stimulates digestion, helps break down protein AND accelerates the body's ability to burn fat! GET IT.

3. JALAPENO- "It's gettin' hot in hurrr."  Jalapeno's heat us up which makes our cells work faster!  Combine with dairy to cool down.

4. BRACE YOURSELF FOR THIS ONE.  SARDINES! They are power houses of nutrition which contain B12, COQ10 and they are carb-less.


RANDOM TIP: IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT,
EAT MORE VEGGIES AND LIMIT FRUIT TO 1-2 SERVINGS PER DAY!
