PCOS?!

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome:

Symptoms:
-Rapid Weight gain
-Irregular/No menstrual cycle

What can I do to lose the weight and get my period?
-no carbs
-no sugar
-go on birth control
-flood your system with water 3-4 liters per day

For women who have PCOS, it can be a confusing time in life but these tips will help manage the problem and can even reverse the diagnosis.
