This Little Light O' Mine!


In the next couple of months I begin a new career, start a yearlong holistic health & wellness certification program and possibly move into a different place.  These life changes bring happiness, excitement and fear.

Believe in yourself.  Believe in your potential.

IF fear is holding you back:

-Try repeating this mantra: One Day At A Time
-Daily yoga sesh, either in a group setting/on a DVD/a home practice
-Talking to friends on the phone, instead of texting
-Drinking lots of water
-Listening to music that's inspiring/motivating/calming
-Trying a new workout class/different yoga studio
-Saying yes to things you'd normally say no to
-Saying no to things you'd normally say yes to
-Learning something new that interests YOU
-Family time
-Watching videos/reading books to help you
cope with whatever you’re going through (you’re not alone) J
-Being active in getting help/healthy
-Trying to be in the moment as much as possible
