Allergy-Free Delish Breakfast!!

Eat this in the morning and feel VERY full!
In a bowl:
Add 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
Pour unsweetened Coconut Milk on top (about 1/4 cup if not less)
Sprinkle as much Cinnamon as you'd like on top
Add 1 Stevia packet
Put in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes
Take out and top with 1-2 TBSP of Sunflower Seeds.

ENJOY!

I drink a large glass of water after and feel FULL and HAPPY!
