Paleo Snickerdoodle Cookies!!!

At last, we have found victory in the kitchen.








Paleo.
Low carb.
Dairy free.
Gluten Free.
Sugar free, (besides 1/2 of a banana).
Less than 7 calories per cookie.

MAKES 18-20 bite-sized cookies.
Next time I will double/triple the batch.
They are that good.

WHAT DO YOU NEED!?

FOR ZEE COOKIE...

  • 4 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/4 TSP baking powder
  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon
  • 4 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Dash of salt
  • Dropper full of liquid stevia/packet

ROLL THE BALL IN...

  • 4 TSP Erythritol/Zero from Whole Foods
  • 1 TSP cinnamon

BUT HOW!?

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix all cookie ingredients together.
  • Scoop out 1 TSP of dough and roll in zero/cinnamon mixture.
  • Place on greased up cookie sheet.
  • should be around 20 cookie balls.
  • Press down two fingers on top.
  • Cook for 12 minutes.
  • Eat. Love. Smile.
