WHAT DO YOU NEED!?
FOR ZEE COOKIE...
- 4 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/4 TSP baking powder
- 1/4 TSP Vanilla extract
- 1/4 TSP cinnamon
- 4 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Dash of salt
- Dropper full of liquid stevia/packet
ROLL THE BALL IN...
- 4 TSP Erythritol/Zero from Whole Foods
- 1 TSP cinnamon
BUT HOW!?
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all cookie ingredients together.
- Scoop out 1 TSP of dough and roll in zero/cinnamon mixture.
- Place on greased up cookie sheet.
- should be around 20 cookie balls.
- Press down two fingers on top.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Eat. Love. Smile.
