Fitness and Food

MY INSPIRATION:
MY REALITY:

I STARTED THIS "GET FIT" PROGRESS ALMOST A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.

I've lost 18 pounds.
 And maintained for over 7 months.
I eat all day long.
I work out 3-4 times a week.
I see my friends.
I hang out with my family.
I go out to eat.
I experience life.
I am free.
Free from diets.
Free from excessive workouts.
Free from obsessive thoughts.
And now I'm here to help.
