I whipped this up so quick today after work because 1. I was starved and 2. I knew it'd take virtually no time to make.
It was delicious, quick and cheap! Satisfied my protein, veggie and low glycemic carb quota!
- 5 egg whites with different spices (in a pan)
- broccoli (in microwave for 1 minute)
- yams (already cooked, just heated up)
- green salsa from Trader Joe's.
