I AM SO EXCITED FOR MEALS THIS WEEK!
I WON'T BE SPENDING A DIME AT RESTAURANTS.
VEGGIE'S ARE CUT UP.
MEALS ARE PLANNED.
MY BELLY WILL BE HAPPY.
MY HEART WILL BE LIGHT.
MY MIND WILL BE FOCUSED.
HELL YA.

Eggs
Turkey Bacon
Chicken Sausage
Spinach
Hummus
2nd level contains:
red and orange peppers, broccoli and celery.

Lemons
Garlic
Sunflower Butter
Coconut Water

Garbanzo Beans
Tuna
Avocados
Yams

SPARK
Dark Chocolate Shakes (non-dairy)

** Not pictured: blueberries, raspberries (in freezer)

  2. Wow, seriously we have practically the same fridge right now. I just cooked up this hodge podge of that exact chicken sausage (casings removed!!!)with all those veggies mentioned for lunches this week. Veggies and hummus for snacks... And sipping (gulping) lemon water using that lil advocare shaker we got at last week's event :)

  3. STEPH! Don't you just love that water bottle shaker thingy?! I made some chicken sausage, broccoli and 2 eggs with cayenne & garlic power with EVOO for lunch today and I was a happy camper. TWIN FRIDGES UNITE!
