I didn't just want something
SWEET & chocolate-y.
I NEEDED IT!
Here's how to get your own:
- SUGAR FREE VANILLA BEAN COCONUT MILK ICE CREAM
- SOY NUT BUTTER (COMES IN JAR LIKE PEANUT BUTTER)
- UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE BAR (I USED GHIRARDHELLI)
- 1 PACKET OF STEVIA
IN A BOWL, COMBINE 1 SQUARE OF CHOCOLATE, 1-2 TBSP SOY NUT BUTTER AND STEVIA. PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE, STIR IT UP.
ADD THE COCONUT CREAM ICE CREAM.
THE LOW SUGAR COMES FROM THE SOY NUT BUTTER AND I THINK 1 GRAM OF SUGAR IN 1/2 CUP OF COCONUT MILK ICE CREAM.
YOU WILL CRY WITH HAPPINESS IF YOU MAKE AND EAT THIS.
